Abstract:	V proučevani organizaciji imajo zaradi narave dela velike potrebe po uporabi računalniške opreme. Odločili smo se, da bomo pri izbiri nakupa zaposlenim pomagali z računalniškim programom za večparametrsko odločanje. Med prispelimi ponudbami različnih ponudnikov, prijavljenih na javni razpis za nakup računalniške opreme za potrebe naročnika, smo poiskali najprimernejše ponudbe in izbor utemeljili. Glede na dane kriterije naročnika smo izbrali 4 najprimernejše dobavitelje računalniške opreme. Pri izdelavi diplomske naloge smo primerjali njihove ponudbe. Pri tem smo upoštevali celotno vsebino ponudbe - tako strojno kot programsko opremo. Pri izbiri smo si pomagali s programoma Vredana in Dexi. Zgradili smo odločitveni model, ki nam je na podlagi vnesenih kriterijev pomagal izbrati najprimernejšo varianto. Končne ocene rezultatov obeh programov smo med seboj primerjali. Ugotovili smo, da je bila izbira najboljše variante pri obeh podobna. Uporaba tovrstnih programov je zaželjena v primerih, ko imamo večje število parametrov in bi bilo njihovo reševaje problema časovno predolgo. Postavljeni pa smo v situacijo, ko so potrebne hitre, jasne in ekonomične rešitve.

Title:	DECISION SUPPORT MODEL FOR INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SELECTION IN PUBLIC TENDERS
Abstract:	The organization used in our study relies heavily on computer equipment for its day-to-day work. To help the organization with their purchases we decided to use a computer program for multiparameteric decision-making. Among all received offers from different providers for public tender for computer equipment for the organizational needs, we chose the most appropriate offers and justified the selection. We chose most appropriate providers of computer equipment using the criteria of our buyer. In this diploma we compared their offers. We considered the offers as a whole - both software and hardware. For the purposes of diploma we compared 4 computer equipment providers. We used computer programs Vredana and Dexi to assist us with the selection process. We have built a decision making model, which helped us choose the optimal variant based on supplied criteria. We compared the final results of both programs. We found out that both programs calculated optimal variants were similar. Usage of such programs is encouraged in cases where there are many parameters and solving the problem by hand would take too long, but the situation calls for quick, clear and economical solutions.
