Title:KOMUNIKACIJA IN ZADOVOLJSTVO STARŠEV Z VRTCI OBČINE ŽALEC

Abstract:V diplomskem delu s področja organizacije predšolske vzgoje smo ugotavljali, v kakšni povezanosti sta komunikacija in zadovoljstvo pri starših otrok. V teoretičnem delu so povzeti temeljni elementi komunikacije. V tem delu je prav tako obravnavana komunikacija v procesu predšolske vzgoje. V raziskovalnem delu smo ugotavljali ali obstaja povezanost med zadovoljstvom staršev s komunikacijo strokovnih delavcev in prisotnostjo staršev na govorilnih urah in rednih roditeljskih sestankih. Ugotavljali smo tudi medsebojno odvisnost zadovoljstva staršev s komunikacijo strokovnih delavcev in obseg komuniciranja strokovnih delavcev s starši otrok. Nadalje nas je zanimala povezanost formalne izobrazbe staršev in stopnja poglobljenih pogovorov o njihovih otrocih s strokovnimi delavci vrtcev. Zanimala nas je tudi povezanost med zadovoljstvom staršev s komunikacijo strokovnih delavcev vrtca s pogostostjo dilem in konfliktov. Nazadnje smo ugotavljali medsebojno odvisnost obsega komuniciranja strokovnih delavcev s starši področne enote vrtca v odvisnosti od lokacije področne enote. Rezultati raziskave so pokazali naslednje. V uvodu smo ugotovili, da so starši otrok zelo zadovoljni s komunikacijo strokovnih delavcev Vrtcev Občine Žalec tudi, če so bili do dvakrat v tekočem letu na uradnih govorilnih urah ali roditeljskih sestankih. Njihovo nepopolno formalno udeleženost na govorilnih urah in roditeljskih sestankih lahko opravičimo z vsakodnevnim neformalnim pogovorom z vzgojiteljem, ko starš pride po svojega otroka in sproti dobiva potrebne informacije. Spremenljivki zadovoljstvo staršev s komunikacijo strokovnih delavcev in obseg komuniciranja strokovnih delavcev s starši otrok sta pokazali medsebojno odvisnost. Raziskovali smo tudi povezanost med končano formalno izobrazbo staršev in stopnjo poglobljenih pogovorov o njihovem otroku s strokovnimi delavci vrtca ter ugotovili, da medsebojne povezave ni, in rečemo, da vpliv izobrazbe staršev ne predstavlja oviro za poglobljenost pogovorov o otroku. Sledi ugotovitev, da zadovoljstvo staršev s komunikacijo strokovnih delavcev nima vpliva oziroma ni v povezanosti s pogostim prihajanjem konfliktnih situacij med starši in strokovnimi delavci vrtcev. V zadnjem delu raziskave smo preverjali vpliv obsega komuniciranja strokovnih delavcev glede na lokacijo področne enote vrtca. Rezultat raziskave je takšen, da je obseg komuniciranja strokovnih delavcev vrtcev v vseh področnih enotah Vrtcev Občine Žalec enako poglobljen. Raziskava je bila izvedena v šestih vrtcih Zavoda vrtcev občine Žalec in sicer v mestnih vrtcih: Žalec l., Žalec ll. in Žalec lll. ter okoliških vrtcih: Trje, Novo Celje in Petrovče. Na koncu smo dobljene rezultate preverili s pomočjo petih hipotez, ki so nam pomagale do končnih želenih odgovorov. Rezultati pravijo, da je komunikacija pomembna pri zadovoljstvu staršev z vrtci. Obstoj komunikacije v partnerskem odnosu staršev otrok in strokovnih delavcev vrtcev je ključnega pomena za kakovostno predšolsko vzgojo otrok.

Title:COMMUNICATION AND PARENTS SATISFACTION WITH KINDERGARTENS IN MUNICIPALITY ŽALEC
Abstract:Our graduation thesis from the field of organization of early childhood education was aimed at investigating the relationship between communication and satisfaction at parents of children. In the theoretical part basic elements of the communication are given. In this section we also discuss the process of communication in early childhood education. In the research part we investigated if there is a connection between parent’s satisfaction with professional workers and parents presence at office hours and regular parents-teacher meetings. We also investigated the interdependence of parental satisfaction with communication professional workers and the extent of communication of professional workers with children’s parents. Furthermore, we were interested in the relationship of formal education level of parents and in-depth conversations about their children to nursery professionals. We were interested in the relationship between parents' satisfaction with communication professional workers of kindergarten and frequency of dilemmas and conflicts. Finally, we observed the interdependence in the extent of communication of professional workers with parent’s regional unit nursery from regional units. The results showed the following. In the introduction, we found that parents of children are very satisfied with communication of professionals in kindergartens Municipality Žalec even if they were to double in the current year to the official office hours or parent-teacher meetings. The imperfect formal participation in office hours parent-teacher meetings can we justify with daily informal conversations with educators, when parents are coming after their child and keep getting the necessary information. Variables parents’ satisfaction with communication of professionals and the extent of communication of professionals with the parents of the children showed interdependence. We investigated the relationship between parent completed formal education and the level of in-depth conversations about their child to kindergarten professionals and we found that there is no interconnection. We can say that the impact of parental education does not present an obstacle to depth conversations about the child. Followed by the finding parent’s satisfaction with communication professionals has no effect or is not in connection with frequent incoming conflict situations between parents and nursery professionals. In the last part of the study we examined the impact of volume communication professionals on the regional unit nursery. The result of that research is such that the extent of communication of professionals in all business units kindergarten Municipality Žalec is in the same depth. The survey was conducted in six nursery schools kindergartens Institute Žalec and municipality in urban kindergartens: Žalec l., Žalec ll. and Žalec lll. and surrounding nurseries: Trje, Novo Celje and Petrovče. In the end the results were checked with the help of five hypotheses that have helped us to end the answers we need. The results say that communication is important in the satisfaction of parents with kindergarten. The existence of communication in a partnership of parents of children and nursery professionals is crucial for quality pre-school children.
