Abstract:	Komuniciranje je proces sporazumevanja brez katerega podjetje in posameznik ne moreta obstajati. Komunikacija, ki poteka med pošiljateljem in prejemnikom, mora biti kakovostna in lahko poteka na več načinov, pri čemer poznamo besedno komunikacijo, nebesedno, eksterno in interno komunikacijo. Interna komunikacija je tista oblika komuniciranja, ki poteka znotraj podjetja med zaposlenimi in njihovimi nadrejenimi. Ta oblika komuniciranja se razlikuje med malimi in velikimi podjetji. V manjših podjetjih je interno komuniciranje enostavnejše, saj se vodje dnevno družijo s svojimi zaposlenimi in z njimi komunicirajo, v večjih podjetjih imajo zato posebne oddelke, ki so namenjeni interni komunikaciji. Interno komuniciranje pomeni dvosmerni pretok informacij znotraj podjetja, med zaposlenimi na različnih delovnih mestih. Pomembno je, da vodstvo svoje zaposlene ves čas obvešča o vseh dogodkih, ki so povezani s podjetjem prav tako je tudi pomembno, da zaposleni posredujejo povratne informacije in svoje mnenje.

Title:	SYSTEM OF INTERNAL COMMUNICATION IN THE ORGANIZATION
Abstract:	Communication is the process of understanding without which an enterprise and individual cannot exist. Communication, that takes place between the sender and the recipient, must be of high quality and can be done in several ways, we know verbal communication, non-verbal, external and internal communication. Internal communication is the form of communication that takes place within the enterprise between employees and their superiors. This form of communication differs between small and large enterprises. In smaller enterprises, the internal communications is easier, as the leaders daily associate with their employees and communicate with them, in larger enterprises there have special units that are intended for internal communication. Internal communication is a two-way flow of information within the enterprise, it is important that the management at all times informs their employees of all events associated with the enterprise, it is also important that employees provide feedback and their opinion.
