Title:ORGANIZACIJA NABAVE V SKUPINI X

Abstract:Poslovno okolje se v današnjem času zelo hitro spreminja. Struktura in vloga poslovanja se zaradi tega bistveno spreminjata na vseh področjih poslovanja, podjetja pa so prisiljena svojo organizacijo prilagajati tem spremembam. Posledica tega so tudi organizacijske spremembe znotraj podjetij, ki formirajo učinkovite službe ter prilagajajo strukturo navedenim spremembam. V uvodnem delu smo na kratko predstavili problem, ki smo ga želeli raziskovati v diplomski nalogi, cilje, raziskovalna vprašanja in metode dela. Nato smo s pomočjo priznanih domačih in tujih avtorjev predstavili teoretična spoznanja na področju organizacije nabavnega poslovanja. V naslednjem delu smo na kratko predstavili Skupino X in povzeli obstoječe stanje nabavnih služb v Skupini X. Z anketnim vprašalnikom smo raziskovali obstoječe stanje nabavnih služb povezanih družb Skupine X in ugotavljali, ali se obstoječa organizacija nabavnega poslovanja ujema z modernimi pristopi in teorijami priznanih avtorjev, raziskovali smo mnenja zaposlenih, odgovornih in pristojnih za nabavo, njihovo zadovoljstvo, usposobljenost in pripravljenost na spremembe. Podali smo predloge za novo organizacijo s postavitvijo nove organizacije nabavne službe v Skupini X, ki zajema postavitev nove organizacije z novo kadrovsko strukturo in ključne nabavne procese za uspešno in učinkovito delovanje nabavne službe.

Title:PURCHASING ORGANIZATION IN THE GROUP X
Abstract:The business environment is changing rapidly today. The structure and role of business in all of areas are a result of this significant change and companies are forced to adept their organization to these changes. This has also resulted in organizational changes within the company, which formed effective departments and adept the structure of the above changes. In the introduction section we briefly show the problem that we want to explore in the thesis, as well as the objectives, research questions and methods. After that we presented theoretical knowledge in the field of organizing of procurement business using literature of domestic and foreign authors. In the next section we briefly introduce the Group X and summarize the current state of procurement offices in the addressed group. Using a questionnaire, we investigated the current state of procurement offices in associated companies of the Group X and observed whether the existing organization of purchasing management corresponds to modern approaches and theories of renowned authors. We investigated the opinions of employees who are in charge and responsible for procurement, their satisfaction, competence and willingness to change. We have given suggestions for a new organization with a creation of a new organization of procurement department in Group X, which includes construction of a new organization using a new human resource structure and key procurement processes for the efficient and effective functioning of the purchasing department.
