Abstract:	Podjetje, ki si želi biti uspešno se mora hitro prilagoditi trgu. Stranke so vedno bolj zahtevne in konkurenca je vedno hujša. Če hočemo obdržati ali pridobiti nove kupce, moramo uporabiti nove pristope in orodja. Z namenom, da več nebi prihajalo do motenj pri poslovanju smo predlagali rešitev odsotnosti potnikov in omejenega delovnega časa naročniške službe. Prišli smo do ugotovitve, da bi bilo za naše podjetje ključnega pomena uvedba elektronskega poslovanja modela B2C oz. spletna trgovina, kjer bi imeli kupci možnost samostojnega kupovanja kar preko spleta. To bi jim prineslo tudi veliko prednosti. Sama vpeljava bi zahtevala organizacijske spremembe v podjetju in investicijo v novejšo tehnologijo. Kupcu pa pri tem moramo omogočiti varnost nakupa, zaupanje, vsebino in dober dizajn. Vsebina spletne trgovine mora biti zanimiva, enostavna, pregledna in ažurna. Z novim elektronskim poslovanjem bi tako zmanjšali stroške poslovanja in s tem omogočili kupcem konkurenčnejše cene izdelkov ter boljši odzivni čas.

Title:	Electronic business of supporting logistics processes in the company Vigros, ltd.
Abstract:	A company which strives to be successful has to be able to adapt to the market very quickly. The clients are getting to be more and more demanding and the competition is growing fiercerby the minute. In order to not only keep the clients but also to win new ones new attitudes and new tools have to be applied. To avoid interruptions in business operation the proposed solution has called for absence of passengers and limited working hours of the subscription services. We have found that what our company needs is for the B2C model of electronic business operation to be introduced, i.e. an online store where our clients were offered the option of independent online purchase which would provide them with a number of advantages. The introduction of the above said electronic business operation would call for changes in the organisation of the company, along with investment into recent technology which would ensure a safe purchase, top-notch design, a lot of contents and, last but not least, trust on the part of the clients. The offer of an online store has to be attractive, simple, clear and up-to-date. What is more, the electronic business operation would not only cut business costs but also provide the clients with competitive prices and a smaller amount of response time.
