Abstract:Namen dela diplomskega seminarja je najti nove vire financiranja Območne obrtno-podjetniške zbornice Radovljica po prehodu iz obveznega v prostovoljno članstvo s pomočjo tehnik za reševanje problemov. Delo diplomskega seminarja je razdeljeno na teoretični in praktični del. V teoretičnem delu so predstavljene tehnike za definiranje problemov in tehnike za generiranje idej, s pomočjo katerih smo v praktičnem delu reševali problem iskanja novih virov financiranja Območne obrtno-podjetniške zbornice Radovljica po prehodu iz obveznega v prostovoljno članstvo. V praktičnem delu smo najprej predstavili obrtno-zbornični sistem, njegovo financiranje ter Predlog spremembe Obrtnega zakona (MGRT 2012). V nadaljevanju smo s tehnikama za definiranje problemov natančneje opredelili problem in že dobili prve ideje za pot do rešitve. S tehnikama za generiranje idej smo dobili veliko novih idej o virih financiranja Območne obrtno-podjetniške zbornice Radovljica po uveljavitvi spremenjenega Obrtnega zakona (MGRT 2012). Na koncu smo preverili rezultate izbranih tehnik in jih med seboj primerjali. V praktičnem delu dela diplomskega seminarja smo ugotovili tudi, da so spremembe v obrtno-zborničnem sistemu nujno potrebne, kajti obrtno-podjetniška zbornica je izgubila rdečo nit delovanja in obstajanja. Prenovljen program dela je treba članom predstaviti takoj, kajti samo tako bomo z uveljavitvijo Predloga zakona o spremembah in dopolnitvah Obrtnega zakona (MGRT 2012) lahko obdržali nekaj članstva. Poleg prostovoljnega članstva pa se bo treba na trgu uveljavljati z različnimi dejavnostmi, o katerih smo pridobili zamisli s tehnikama za generiranje idej, predvsem z zapisovanjem idej. Ugotovili smo tudi, da so tehnike za reševanje problemov zelo koristne in nujno potrebne. Zaposleni na Območni obrtno-podjetniški zbornici Radovljica bodo z njihovo pomočjo našli ustrezne rešitve novih virov financiranja, ki jim bodo zagotovile nadaljnjo poslovno pot.

Title:THE SEARCH FOR NEW SOURCES OF FUNDING FOR THE OOZ RADOVLJICA AFTER THE TRANSITION FROM COMPULSORY TO VOLUNTARY MEMBERSHIP BY USING THE PROBLEM SOLVING TECHNIQUES
Abstract:The purpose of this graduate thesis is to find new sources of funding the Regional Chamber of Craft and Small Business Radovljica after switching from mandatory to voluntary membership with the problem solving techniques. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part presents techniques for defining problems and techniques for generating ideas. With the help of the techniques the practical part brings solutions to the problem of finding new sources for funding Regional Chamber of Craft and Small Business Radovljica after switching from mandatory to voluntary membership. The business-chamber system, its funding and amendment to the Small Business Act (MGRT 2012) is presented at the begining of the practical part. Following are the two techniques definig the problem and some guidelines to the solution. With the techiques for generating ideas a lot of new ideas as to how to fund the Regional Chamber of Craft and Small Business Radovljica after the implementation of the amended Small Business Act have emerged. At the end the results of the selected techniques were checked and compared. The practical part of the graduate thesis brings the conclusion that changes in the craft-chambers system are urgently needed, for the craft-business of Commerce has lost its red thread and purpose of existence. The improved program of work needs to be present to the members as soon as possible because it is the only way to implemet amendments and additions to the Small Business Act and at the same time keep some of the membership. In addition to voluntary membership, however, certain activities that were a result of generating ideas (i. e. writing down ideas) have to be offered to the market. We have found that the techniques for solving are very useful and necessary. With the help of the techniques, employees in the Regional Chamber of Craft and Small Business Radovljica will find the appropriate solutions for new sources of financing, and ensure a further flourishing business.
