Abstract:	Magistrsko delo je osredotočeno na določanje prioritet nalog v službi za informatiko na ministrstvu za delo, družino in socialne zadeve. Z implementacijo razvitega večparametrskega odločitvenega modela v programu Dexi bo proces optimalnejši, predvsem pa se bodo prioritete določale veliko hitreje in na transparentnejši način. Spreminjanje utečenega načina dela nemalokdaj naleti na subjektivne odpore in ker negativne posledice v primeru spremembe iz boljšega na slabše niso zanemarljive, je pomembna tudi končna kritična ocena. V delu je podrobno obravnavan vsak korak od proučitve obstoječega stanja, razvoja modela, testiranja modela, kritične ocene in vse do predloga vodstvu organizacije, s stališča tako pozitivne kot negativne konotacije.

Title:	Proposition of solution for simultaneous definition of assignments priorities in the department of informatics on Ministry of Labour, Family and Social Affairs
Abstract:	Master's thesis focuses on prioritizing tasks in the Information Technology Department at the Ministry of Labor, Family and Social Affairs. After the implementation of the developed multi-parametric decision model in the application Dexi, work process will be more optimal, as priorities will be set faster and in a more transparent way. But, changing the established way of working, frequently triggers noticeable subjective resistance. As the negative consequences in the event of a change from better to worse are not negligible, it is also important to be critical of the end result. Thesis specifically addresses each step, from the examination of the current situation, development of the model, model testing, critical evaluation and finally the proposal to the management, from the standpoint of both positive and negative connotations.
