Abstract:
V diplomskem delu je predstavljen postopek izdelave gredi motorne žage. Opisani so vsi proizvodni postopki s poudarkom na uporabi sodobnih CNC-tehnologij. Podrobno so predstavljene napredne numerično krmiljene stružnice in tehnološka priprava za struženje gredi. Na podlagi poznanih obdelovalnih procesov je v zaključku predlagana izboljšava proizvodnega procesa s ciljem izboljšati zanesljivost procesa in znižati stroške izdelave.

Die technologische Vorbereitung der Welle bei der elektrische Motorsäge
Abstract:
In der Diplomarbeit ist das Herstellungsverfahren der Welle bei der Motorsäge vorgestellt. Dargestellt sind alle Herstellungsverfahren mit dem Schwerpunkt auf der Verwendung von moderner CNC-Technologie. Genauer sind fortschrittliche numerisch gesteuerte Drehmaschinen und die technologische Vorbereitung für das Wellen-Drehen beschrieben. Auf Grund bekannter Bearbeitungsverfahren ist am Ende eine Verbesserung des Herstellungsverfahrens vorgeschlagen mit dem Ziel, die Sicherheit des Verfahrens zu verbessern und die Herstellungskosten im Vergleich zu derzeitigen Zustand zu senken.
