Title:UVELJAVLJANJE NASLEDSTVA ZA VODENJE ZDRAVSTVENIH IN SOCIALNIH ORGANIZACIJ

Abstract:Uveljavljanje nasledstva v vodstvu organizacij ni nov pojav, je pa pomemben kot kdajkoli prej. S staranjem delovne sile, se približujemo množični upokojitvi in ostali bomo brez veliko odličnih vodij. Ko organizacija izgubi ključnega zaposlenega, nam načrtovanje nasledstva zagotavlja, da imamo kandidate, ki so pripravljeni in čakajo na izpolnitev svoje nove vloge. Pri načrtovanju nasledstva gre za postopek priprave organizacije za zamenjavo enega visoko zaposlenega z drugim, ki ga sproži upokojitev ali odstop. Prvi del magistrske naloge je teoretičen del. Predstavljen je problem, ki ga bomo raziskovali, namen, cilji in metode raziskovanja. Predstavljeni so osnovni pojmi iz področja uveljavljanja nasledstva v vodstvu zdravstvenih in socialnih organizacijah in opis obstoječega stanja na področju uveljavljanja nasledstva v vodstvu zdravstvenih in socialnih organizacijah v Sloveniji. V drugem, raziskovalnem delu smo raziskovali ali zdravstvene in socialne organizacije v Sloveniji uveljavljajo nasledstvo. Raziskava je potekala s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika. Predstavili smo tudi šest hipotez, ki smo jih potrdili oziroma zavrgli. Rezultate smo analizirali s pomočjo s programom SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences). Na podlagi pridobljenih informacij, opazovanja trenutnega stanja in opravljene raziskave smo na koncu ugotovili, da zdravstvene in socialne organizacije v Sloveniji ne uveljavljajo nasledstva, ter predstavili rešitve za uspešen prenos nasledstva.

Title:ENFORCEMENT SUCCESSION FOR MANAGEMENT IN HEALTH AND SOCIAL ORGANIZATION
Abstract:Enforcement succession for management in organizations is not a new phenomenon, but it is important as ever. With the aging of the workforce, we are approaching to the mass retirement and we will lose many great leaders. When organization lose a key employee, a planning succession ensure that we have candidates who are ready and waiting to meet their new roles. Planning succession is a process of preparing organizations to replace one high employee with another, triggered by retirement or resignations. The first part of thesis is the theoretical part. Presented is a problem that will be studied, purpose, objectives and methods of research. The basic concepts are presented in the field of enforcement succession for management in the health and social organizations and a description of the existing situation in the area of enforcement succession for management in health and social organizations in Slovenia. In the second, research part, we have studied whether health and social organizations in Slovenia planning succession. The research was conducted through a questionnaire. We have also present six hypotheses, which we have confirmed or rejected. The results were analyzed with program SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences). Based on the information obtained, the observation of the current situation and the studies performed in the end we find out, that the health and social organizations in Slovenia do not planning succession and presented solutions for the successful transfer of succession.
