Abstract:
Temelj naše raziskave je analiza stanja in proučevanje trenda odkupa treh najpomembnejših žit v Sloveniji: pšenice, koruze in ječmena. Upoštevani so analizirani mesečni podatki od leta 2008 do 2010. Ekonometrična analiza za pšenico je bila izdelana na podlagi linearne specifikacije funkcije, za koruzo logaritemske specifikacije funkcije ter za ječmen recipročne oblike funkcije. Odzivnost odkupa je prikazana s koeficienti lastne cenovne elastičnosti. Vrednosti koeficientov elastičnosti v povprečju izpričujejo cenovno elastičnost odkupa žit v slovenskih razmerah.

The econometric analysis of cereals purchase in Slovenia
Abstract:
The basis of our research is an empirical investigation of the trend in purchase of three most important cereals in Slovenia: wheat, maize and barley. The monthly data used pertain to the period between 2008 and 2010. Econometric analysis for wheat was undertaken using linear specification of function, for maize using logarithmic specification and for barley reciprocal function. Purchase responsiveness is shown by own-price elasticities. Elasticity values in general indicate price elastic response in purchase of grains in Slovenia.
