Title:Logistična analiza skladiščnega poslovanja v podjetju Veyance technologies Europe

Abstract:Spremembe v tržnem okolju zahtevajo nenehna prilagajanja podjetij razlicnim situacijam. Tako dobavitelji in kupci postajajo vse zahtevnejši, od svojih partnerjev pričakujejo hitrejše odzivne čase, zanesljivo in bolj pregledno poslovanje, kar je možno doseči z dobro informacijsko podporo vseh poslovnih funkcij in procesov v podjetju. V diplomskem delu obravnavamo analizo skladiščnega poslovanja v skladišču surovin podjetja Veyance Technologies Europe d.o.o. v Kranju. Problematika, ki smo jo obravnavali, obsega prevzem materiala, uskladiščenje in izdajo sestavnih delov zračnih vzmeti. Sestavni deli pomenijo veliko stroškovno obremenitev podjetja, saj pomenijo vec kot tretjino stroškov v lastni ceni zračne vzmeti. Cilj diplomskega dela je na osnovi posnetka obstoječega stanja predstavljena racionalizacija skladiščnih procesov, ki zagotavljajo dobavo sestavnih delov v proizvodnjo. Racionalizacija procesov je mogoča z boljšo izkoriščenostjo obstoječe informacijske podpore. Predlagana je uvedba skladiščnih lokacij in vnos sprememb v realnem času s pomočjo uvedbe RF omrežne računalniške opreme, kar omogoča optimizacijo delovnih nalog in prenos določenih s skladiščnih na proizvodne delavce. S prenovo procesa bomo v nalogi ocenili prihranke za podjetje.

Title:Logistic analysis of warehouse operations in company Veyance technologies Europe
Abstract:Changes in the market environment require constant adaptation enterprises to different situations. Both suppliers and customers are becoming more demanding of their partners expect faster response times, more reliable and transparent operations, which can be achieved with good IT support to all business functions and processes within the company. The thesis deals with the analysis of warehouse operations in the warehouse of raw materials of company Veyance Technologies Europe Ltd. in Kranj. The issue we dealt with the scope of material acquisition, storage, and issue of parts of air springs. Components constitute a major cost burden on businesses, as components represent more than a third of the cost in the cost price of air springs. The aim of the thesis is based on recording the current situation, presented streamlining warehouse processes to ensure the delivery of components to production. Streamlining processes is possible by making better use of existing IT support. Proposed is introduction of storage locations and all changes in real time, through the introduction of RF network computer equipment, which allows optimization of work tasks and delegating certain from storage to production workers. In this work we evaluated the renovation process savings for the company.
