Title:OBVLADOVANJE UČINKOVITOSTI PROIZVODNEGA PROCESA PAKIRANJA V OBRATU TRDNIH FARMACEVTSKIH OBLIK

Abstract:V diplomskem delu obravnavamo obvladovanje učinkovitosti v proizvodnem procesu pakiranja trdnih farmacevtskih oblik v visokotehnološki proizvodnji. Gre za obrat, ki je eden izmed najnaprednejših v Evropi. Poglavitno vodilo pri nastanku diplomskega dela je bilo spoznati proces pakiranja in obvladovanje učinkovitosti ter ugotoviti ali je možno učinkovitost še izboljšati in kako? V ta namen smo si v teoretičnem delu pobliže ogledali kaj je proizvodni proces in kaj pomeni obvladovanje učinkovitosti. Spraševali smo se o namenu in pogojih ter načinu zbiranja podatkov o učinkovitosti ter kako vzpostaviti in ovrednotiti učinkovitost izvajanja procesov. V nadaljevanju spoznamo podjetje in proces pakiranja trdih farmacevtskih oblik. Pakiranje poteka na visokozmogljivih pakirnih linijah, ki izdelujejo velike količine izdelkov. Pakirno linijo sestavlja več proizvodnih faz, kjer v čistem delu (primarni del) tablete pakirajo v pretisne omote in v nadaljevanju (sekundarni del) v škatlice-zloženke. Zajem podatkov za izračun učinkovitosti in izračuni le-te so popolnoma avtomatski preko ustreznih računalniških sistemov. Na podlagi ugotovitev povezanih z dvigom učinkovitosti, poiščemo načine za zmanjševanje zastojev. Pri preučevanju in analizi obstoječega stanja ugotovimo visok odstotek planiranih zastojev zaradi menjave serij in med neplaniranimi zastoji zastoje zaradi težav med proizvodnjo. Ugotovimo funkcionalno in strukturno povezavo linije, kar pomeni, da zastoj v eni fazi povzroči zastoj tudi v drugi fazi. V skladu s tem predlagamo uvedbo zalogovnika, ki naredi obe fazi na proizvodni liniji medsebojno manj odvisni. V diplomskem delu predlagamo tudi nekaj sprememb pri planiranju, organizaciji dela na liniji ter spremembo pri obravnavanju rezultatov merjenja učinkovitosti.

Title:EFFICIENCY CONTROL IN MANUFACTURING PROCESS OF PACKAGING IN A PLANT OF SOLID PHARMACEUTICAL FORMS
Abstract:This thesis considers the effiectiveness of management in the production process of packaging solid pharmaceutical forms in high technology manufacturing. The plant is one of the most advanced in Europe. The main guide when developing this thesis was to get to know the process of packaging and managing efficiency and also find out, if efficiency can be improved, and if so, how. For this purpose, we have taken a closer look at the theoretical part of what the production process is and what it means to manage efficiency. We wondered about the purpose and the conditions and method of collecting data on the efficiency, how to establish and evaluate the efficiency of the implementation processes. Then we get to know the company and packaging process of solid pharmaceutical forms. Packing is takes place on highly capable packaging lines, which produce large quantities of products. Packaging line consists of several stages of production, where in the clean part (primary part) tablets are being packed in blisters and secondary part, where tablets are being packed in box-leaflets. Capturing of data for the calculation of efficiency and efficiency calculations are completely automatic through appropriate computer system. Based on these findings, our goal becomes to figure out how we can influence on efficiency to find a way to reduce congestion. When examining and analyzing existing situation, we find out a high percentage of planned congestion due to switching between series. We also run across problems during unplanned downtime due to congestion problems during production. We determine functional and structural connection lines which means, that congestion at one stage causes congestion at second stage. In accordance with this, we propose the introduction of the storage room, which makes the two phases on the production line each less dependent. This thesis also suggests some changes in planning, organization of work on the line and change in dealing with the results of measuring efficiency.
