Abstract:
Diplomska naloga je sestavljena iz praktičnega in teoretičnega dela. v teoretičnem delu smo predstavili in razjasnili nekaj osnovnih pojmov v povezavi z izobraževanjem in usposabljnjem. Praktičen del naloge pa se je nanašal na predstavitev podjetja Gozdno Gospodarstvo SG D.D., predstavili smo vizijo in poslanstvo podjetja, njihove konkurenčne prednosti in vrednote.

My dissertation consists of a theorethical and practipal part. in theorethical part of dissertation we introduced and clarified some basic concepts concerning education and training of employees.The main topic of diploma work is the analysis of education and training of employees in Gozdno Gospodarstvo Slovenj Gradec d.d.
