Abstract:
V diplomskem delu je predstavljen CIP postopek čiščenja cevovodnih sistemov. Hkrati je predstavljena tudi problematika čiščenja in vzdrževanja higiene zaprtih cevovodnih sistemov. S pomočjo primerov je opisana uporaba CIP sistema v farmacevtske in biofarmacevtske namene, predstavljena pa je tudi uporaba različnih komponent, ki združujejo celoten sklop sistema. Delo vključuje tudi opis pomena CIP sistema ter opis priprave čistilnih sredstev in procesne opreme. Navedene so ugotovitve pomena CIP sistema za delovni proces in za sam produkt izdelave.

Importance of CIP cleaning systems for performance of process devices
Abstract:
The thesis presents a CIP cleaning process of pipeline systems. It also presents the problem of cleaning and maintaining hygiene in closed pipeline systems. The thesis includes the description how to use CIP systems for the pharmaceutical and biotechnological purposes. Furthermore, it also presents the use of different components that combine the whole system. The work also discusses the importance of CIP system and includes the description of the preparation of cleaning agents and process equipment. It broadly describes the importance of CIP system for the working procedure and for the product itself.
