Abstract:	V vsakdanjem življenju se prej ko slej srečamo z notarskimi storitvami, bodisi zgolj v povezavi z overitvijo določenega podpisa ali pogodbe. Javnost veliko časa ni vedela tako rekoč ničesar o delovanju notarjev, zato se je kasneje pojavljalo vedno večje zanimanje za njihovo poslovanje. Pri svojem delu morajo notarji usklajevati interese strank, biti nepristranski in kar se da učinkoviti. Delovati morajo v skladu z Zakonom o notariatu ter upoštevati notarske tarife. Z elektronskim poslovanjem so postali strankam čedalje bolj dostopni. Veliko manj pa so dostopne informacije o uspešnosti njihovega delovanja. Prihodki, ki jih je mogoče zaslediti na posameznih spletnih straneh, ne povedo veliko o njihovih zaslužkih, saj stroški in obveznosti notarjev še vedno ostajajo tajnost. Velika so prizadevanja javnosti za razkritje teh podatkov bodisi s strani Notarske zbornice Slovenije ali kakšne druge organizacije. Kako bo v prihodnje, ne vemo, lahko samo upamo, da se bodo stvari odvijale v korist vseh udeležencev v pravnem prometu.

Title:	ACCESSIBILITY OF ACCOUNTING DATA ON NOTARY SERVICE BUSINESS IN SLOVENIA
Abstract:	In everyday life we sooner or later come across to a notary service, either solely connected to the verification of certain signatures. Public for a long time knew nothing about the actions of notaries, but later on became increasingly interested in their business. In its work notaries must coordinate the interests of both parties, be impartial and effective. They must act in accordance with the Law on Notaries and Notaries account fees. With e-commerce everything became increasingly accessible. On the other side, information on the performance of their actions became much less are accessible. Income which can be found on individual web pages, do not say much about their earnings, as the costs and obligations of notaries still remain secret. Great efforts of the public have been made to reveal such information either by the Chamber of Notaries of Slovenia, or any other organization. We do not know future holds, but can only hope that things will unroll in benefit of all participants in legal transactions.
