Abstract:
V diplomski nalogi smo izvedli analizo procesa odpreme tovornjakov v podjetju Calcit Kamnik d. o. o. Zaradi čakanja voznikov na dokumente nastajajo dolge čakalne vrste. Z ureditvijo logističnega procesa smo poskušali skrajšati celotni čas odpremnega procesa. Naredili smo simulacije v programu Flexsim - simulacijo obstoječega in prenovljenega stanja. Z analizo smo ugotovili ključne časovne prihranke. Na podlagi teh ugotovitev bomo uvedli nova delovna mesta, nove tehnične izboljšave ter nov informacijski sistem.

OPTIMIZATION OF INTERNAL LOGISTICS IN CALCIT KAMNIK D.O.O. WITH SIMULATION
Abstract:
In this thesis, we carried out an analysis of the truck dispatch processes in the company Calcit Kamnik d.o.o. Long waiting periods are caused by truck drivers waiting for papers. By optimizing the organisation of the logistic process, we tried to reduce the total time cost of the entire dispatch process. We executed simulations with Flexsim – a simulation of the existing situation and the new situation. We also identified key time savings. Based on our findings, we will introduce new work places, technical improvements and a new information system.
