Zaposluje preko 100 ljudi. Podjetje stremi k nenehnemu razvoju, zato vedno išče nove načine, kako izboljšati proizvodne procese, kako bolj učinkovito predelati surovine in izdelati kakovostnejše končne izdelke. S tem so skrajšali notranje transportne poti in znižali število praznih voženj.

Title:Reorganisation of celulignin processing in Tanin Sevnica d.d.
Abstract:Tanin Sevnica d.d. is a mid-sized company with a long tradition of wood processing and production of various extracts. The company employs over 100 people and strives for continuous development and is constantly looking for new ways to improve the efficiency of their production processes and develop new products. They recently opened a new research and development laboratory. One of the results brought it to a new livestock food supplement called Tanimil. The company encountered severe efficiency problems during production of celulignin, one of the main components of the new food supplement. The production did not meet the desired goals and was too expensive. That is why the company decided to improve the process with our help. They made certain modifications on the machinery involved and moved them to a new location. With that they shortened the internal transport routes and reduced the number of empty routes. They also improved the working conditions for the people involved. The process is now faster, requires less manual labor and less base material for the same amount of end product. They removed the bottleneck in the production of the new food supplement. In case Tanimil becomes very successful on foreign markets we also made plans for further improvements and increasing production capacity and increasing work efficiency.
