Podrobneje smo opisali komunikacijo in predstavili telesno lutko.

Title:COMMUNICATION WITH A BODY PUPPET
Abstract:The undergraduate thesis titled Communication with a Body Puppet is made up of a theoretical and practical part, and has been written with the help of expert literature. The theoretical part of the thesis defines a puppet, its significance for the development of children, and how to apply it in the educational process. We focused in greater detail on communication and the presentation of the body puppet. The thesis argues that the body puppet is an excellent puppet technique for development and more relaxed non-verbal communication. It allows children to have freedom from the spoken word and it reduces the stress that children experience in every-day communication. Through movement and gestures, children may show and express what they cannot or sometimes even wish not to express through speech. The practical part of the thesis uses numerous lesson plans and graphic materials to describe the implementation of the project, the purpose of which is to introduce body puppets to children, enable them to makethe body puppets, and check whether they are indeed a suitable puppet technique for the development of non-verbal communication and more relaxed communication. The project was carried out in a group of children ages 6–8, in a class that combines first and second graders at the Glazija Primary School, which is a school for special education. The two-week project included 1 girl and 5 boys. Our final objective was to perform the play Živali pri babici zimi (Animals at Grandma Winter’s House) using the puppets that the children had made themselves.
