Abstract:Tako kot svetovno se je tudi slovensko gospodarstvo znašlo sredi gospodarske krize. Zato je zelo pomembno, kako se podjetje znajde v teh turbulentnih časih, saj preživijo samo tista podjetja, ki se znajo najbolj prilagoditi novim pogojem, ki vladajo na trgu. To pomeni, da ne glede na to, kako dobro je podjetje poslovalo pred krizo, je pomembno, kako podjetje posluje v času same krize. Kajti le s pravilnimi in hitrimi odločitvami bo podjetje uspešno krmarilo skozi turbulentne razmere na trgu in ostalo konkurenčno. Propad podjetja je le posledica niza slabih in neracionalnih odločitev. Mala in mikro podjetja so v takšnih časih še posebej ranljiva, zato je še posebej pomembno, da spremljajo in analizirajo razmere na trgu, skušajo predvideti, kaj se bo zgodilo in se čim hitreje prilagoditi razmeram na trgu. Za storitvena podjetja, takšno kot je na primer Igor Berk s.p. - TELSIM, je pomembno, da se v okviru svojih sposobnosti reorganizirajo, če jim seveda same razmere v podjetju le-to omogočajo. Sama reorganizacija pa ni vedno ključ do uspeha. Pomembno je tudi, da podjetje opravi storitve kakovostno in po ceni, za katero so kupci pripravljeni odšteti določen znesek in takšno ceno, ki podjetju še omogoča eksistenco. Če tega ni, je podjetje obsojeno na propad. Pomembno pa je tudi, da se podjetje poskuša čim bolj držati načela finančnega poslovanja in pokrivati svoje finančne obveznosti čim bolj v roku, saj vsaka zamuda plačila samo še poslabša položaj podjetja. To pomeni, da se lahko neplačila samo še kopičijo in vodijo v finančno nelikvidnost. Za torej je za podjetje zelo pomembno, da je pravilno organizirano, saj mu le dobra organizacija podjetja omogoča obstoj na trgu.

Title:ANALYSIS AND ORGANIZATIONAL DESIGN OF IGOR BERK S.P. - TELSIM
Abstract:Just as the world economy was also the Slovenian economy found itself in the midst of the economic crisis. Therefore, it is very important how the company finds himself in these turbulent times, because only these companies will survive which can and know how best to adapt to new conditions prevailing on the market. This means that regardless of how well the company is operating before the crisis, it is important how the company operates during the same crisis. Because only with the correct and quick decisions the company will successfully goes through the turbulent situation on the market and remain competitive. The collapse of the company is only a result of a series of bad and irrational decisions. Small and micro-enterprises are particularly vulnerable in such times, it is especially important to monitor and analyse the situation on the market trying to anticipate what's going to happen, and as soon as possible to adapt to the situation on the market. For service companies, such as, for example, Igor Berk s.p.-TELSIM, it is important that, in the context of their ability to reorganize if they themselves are, of course, the situation of the company allow it. The reorganization itself, however, is not always the key to success. It is also important that the company carries out services of quality and price, for which customers are willing to subtract a certain amount and such a price that the company still makes subsistence. Failing that, the company is doomed to collapse. But it is important also that the company is trying to keep as much as possible the principle of financial management and to cover their financial obligations within the time limit as much as possible, since any delay payments only aggravated the situation of the company. This means that you can default just yet to accumulate and lead to financial illiquidity. For so it is very important for an enterprise that is properly organized, it only allows the existence of a good organization companies on the market.
