Abstract:Aleasing je že od svoje ustanovitve naprej strateško usmerjen v financiranje vozil. S spremembo lastništva (leta 2006 je Abanka Vipa d.d. postala 100% lastnik) se je podjetje usmerilo tudi v financiranje strojev, opreme in nepremičnin. Delež financiranja vozil pa je kljub nekoliko spremenjeni strategiji predstavljalo več kot 90% celotnega portfelja naložb. S pripojitvi Vogo leasinga k Aleasingu je podjetje svojo strategijo trženja iz regionalnega spremenilo na reven celotne Slovenije. Delovne procese, ki so se v praksi izkazali za uspešne je bilo potrebno prenesti v novo organizacijsko raven. Ker je pri združitvi obeh podjetij prišlo tudi do združitve dveh popolnoma različnih strategij trženja so se med krajevno ločenimi organizacijskimi enotami pojavile težave v pretoku informacij in izvedbi določenih aktivnosti pri sklepanju leasing poslov. Pri iskanju rešitev za odpravo motenj v poslovanju se je porodila ideja o orodju, ki bo podpiralo proces odobravanja leasing poslov in hkrati omogočalo komunikacijo med udeleženci tega procesa. Pri oblikovanju koncepta orodja smo ugotovili, da lahko vanj vključimo tudi druge delovne procese, ki niso informacijsko podprti. Tako smo z Microsoft Accesom naredili in začeli razvijati orodje za podporo izvajanja leasing storitev Leasmanager. Za proces odobravanja leasing poslov smo definirali vsebino obrazca »Bonitetno poročilo«, ki bo spremni dokument posamezne leasing pogodbe. Z definicijo veh potrebnih podatkov, ki jih naj Bonitetno poročilo vsebuje smo kreirali ustrezne tabele in poizvedbe, kot osnovo celotnega modula odobravanja. Pravice do uporabe in obdelave podatkov smo zaokrožili na delovne skupine v skladu s sistematizacijo in tokom delovnega procesa. Naslednji korak izdelave Leasmanagerja je bilo načrtovanje in izdelava modula izterjave. Ta modul temelji na podatkih, ki jih uvažamo iz programa za pripravo in spremljanje leasing pogodb Globus Nova in podatkih, ki se sproti vnašajo v samem postopku izterjave. Modul smo razdelili na aktivnosti, ki jih zaposleni izvajajo v okviru interne izterjave in aktivnosti, ki jih podjetje izvaja, kadar izterjavo prepusti zunanjim pooblaščence. Skozi razvijanje modula izterjave smo prišli do ugotovitve, da je smiselno oblikovati posebni modul za spremljanje in upravljanje z odvzetimi vozili. Ker gre pri odvzetih vozilih za premoženje Aleasinga, ki ga je potrebno čim hitreje iz materialne oblike spremeniti v denarni tok, smo v modulu spremljanja odvzetih vozil poseben poudarek namenili časovnim okvirom za izvedbo določenih aktivnosti. Kot celoto aktivnosti, ki jih Leasmanager trenutno podpira smo za potrebe vodstva podjetja oblikovali posebno poročilo, ki na osnovi obdobno vnesenega kriterija prikaže podatke o realizaciji poslov, stanju terjatev na dan izpisa, aktivnostih izterjave in aktivnostih vezanih na odvzeta vozila. Leasmanager po svoji funkcionalnosti zadošča trenutnim organizacijskim potrebam in ponuja možnost nadgradnje in podpore drugih poslovnih aktivnosti, ki trenutno vanj niso zajete. Odprt je za vse nadaljnje nadgradnje in predelave glede na potrebe uporabnikov in samega poslovnega procesa.

Title:LEASMANAGER - SOFTWARE TOOL TO SUPPORT LEASING SERVICES
Abstract:The company Aleasing has been from its establishment on strategically oriented towards personal car financing. With the change of ownership (Abanka Vipa d.d. became 100% holder in 2006) the company directed itself into financing of machines, equipment and real estate. Despite the slight change of strategy the share of vehicle financing constituted more than 90% of the entire portfolio of investments. With Vogo leasing and Aleasing merger the company changed its marketing strategies from regional to one that covers entire Slovenia. Working processes that proved successful in practice needed to be conveyed to a new organisational level. The merger did not only join two companies but also joined two different marketing strategies and because of it problems with the flow of information among local organizational units and implementation of certain activities when concluding leasing contracts appeared. When trying to solve these business disruptions an idea about a tool that would support the process of approving leasing agreements and would at the same time enable communication between the participants of this process was born. We realized when shaping the concept of the tool that other working processes that were not supported by information technology can be included as well. Together with Microsoft Access we produced and started to develop a programming tool Leasmanager that supports execution of leasing agreements. In order to start the process of approving leasing deals we defined contents of a form called »Credit report« that will become accompanying document of every leasing contract. After defining all the necessary data that »Credit report« should contain, we then created corresponding tables and inquiries that became a basis for the entire approving module. The right to use and process information was rounded to a working group in accordance with job classification and the stream of working process. The next step in the making of Leasmanager was planning and producing the payment recovery module. This module is based on data exported from the programme for preparation and follow up of leasing agreements called Globus Nova as well as from data that are being inserted during the payment recovery itself. The module was divided into activities that employees carry out within the frame of internal recovery and activities that the company use when recovery is released to outside authorised representative. When developing payment recovery module we found out that it is sensible to form a separate module for following and managing of seized cars. Since the property od Aleasing is in question when we talk about seized cars, that needs transforming from material to cash flow as soon as possible, time frames for execution of certain activities were emphasized in the module for following and managing of seized cars. As a sum up of all activities that Leasmanager currently supports we formed a special report that based on the inserted time period as a criteria shows data of business turnover, state of claims on the requested date, activities involving recovery and activities involving seized cars. Leasmanager with its functionality meets current organizational demands and offers a possibility of upgrading as well as support of other activities that are not included for now. It is open to all further upgrading and conversions according to users' needs and the working process itself.
