Abstract:	V diplomskem delu smo si kot cilj zastavili izvedbo demontaže in montaže strojne opreme za mikanje in iglanje na novo lokacijo. Izdelali smo nov slovenski produkt – volneno iglano netkano tekstilijo (volneni filc). Novo izdelani produkt smo primerjali s sorodnimi izdelki drugih proizvajalcev in ugotavljali njegove lastnosti. Izdelali smo strategijo uvedbe novega produkta na trg in njegovo prodajo. Zastavljene cilje smo v celoti realizirali. Demontaža strojne opreme je potekala brez zapletov. Nekaj težav se je pojavilo pri postavitvi na novi lokaciji, saj zaradi drugačne oblike prostora nismo mogli izvesti idealne postavitve strojne opreme in smo jo priredili. Strojna oprema bi naj za maksimalni izkoristek delovala v linijski postavitvi. Ker pa novo nastali produkt ni namenjen množični izdelavi, smo strojno linijo postavili v obliki črke U. Produktivnost se je zmanjšala za največ 10 odstotkov, kar pa glede na zmogljivost proizvodne linije ne predstavlja večje ovire. Novo nastali produkt smo ponudili tržišču tako doma kot v tujini in je bil med potencialnimi kupci zelo dobro sprejet. Posebnost novega produkta je ta, da je narejen v celoti iz naravne ovčje volne, obdelane po ekološkem postopku. Ljudje so vedno bolj ekološko osveščeni, zato predstavljajo naravni materiali veliko konkurenčno prednost. Volneni filc smo tudi testirali v laboratoriju in ga nato primerjali z drugimi proizvajalci. Pri tem smo naleteli na težavo, ker praktično nihče ne uporablja 100% naravne ovčje volne; večina dodaja v mešanico vsaj 2% drugih vlaken. Rezultate smo primerjali z drugimi proizvajalci filcev in ugotovili, da je po lastnostih naš izdelek primerljiv z drugimi. Zastavljene cilje smo uspešno izvedli, in produkt se že uspešno prodaja v Sloveniji in tujini.

Title:	Mounting, start and setting of machinery for manufacturing of woollen needled nonwovens
Abstract:	In this diploma thesis, we set our objective to the execution of remounting and setting the machinery for carding and needle felting to a new location. We manufactured a new Slovenian product - a woollen needled nonwoven (woollen felt). We compared the new manufactured product to the related products of other manufacturers and we sought to determine its characteristics. We made a strategy of introducing the new product to the market and its sale. We fully implemented our set objectives. Remounting of the machinery ran without complication. Some problems appeared in setting it up on the new location, because we could not execute the ideal setting of the machinery due to different shape of the room, so we adapted it. The machinery should work in a line layout for maximum efficiency. As the new product is not meant for mass production, we set the mechanical line in the form of “U” shape. Productivity reduced for 10% at the most, which does not present a bigger obstacle according to the efficiency of the production line. We offered the newly made product to the market at home as well as to the market abroad, and it was accepted very well among the potential buyers. The specialty of the new product is that it is fully made of natural sheep wool, which is processed by the ecological process. People are more and more ecologically conscious, that is why natural materials present a big competitive advantage. We had also tested the woollen felt in a laboratory and then compared it with other manufacturers. Here we met with difficulties, because nobody practically uses 100% natural sheep wool; most of them add at least 2% of other fibres into the mixture. We compared the results with the felts of other manufacturers and found that our product is comparable to the others in its characteristics. We successfully performed our objectives, and the product is already successfully selling in Slovenia and abroad.
