Abstract:Osnovni problem je doseganje čim bolj kvalitetne izvedbe projekta, potovanja za velike skupine turistov, tako kot je bilo zamišljeno ob pripravi projekta. Veliko osebja mora v zelo kratkem času izvesti veliko število nalog. Problem je preobremenjenost in velika možnost, da pride do napak. S pomočjo intervjujev, izkušenj iz prakse, teoretične podlage in izdelanim projektom v Microsoft Project-u smo izdelali posnetek stanja, kritično analizo trenutnega stanja in določili konkretne rešitve in izboljšave. Eden izmed najpomembnejših organizacijskih ukrepov za izboljšavo trenutnega stanja projekta je uvedba vodij vodnikov, ki so hkrati tudi vodniki. Vodje vodnikov smo uvedli, da bi prevzeli del koordinatorjevih nalog. Koordinatorji so s tem bolj razbremenjeni, vodje vodnikov pa lahko določene naloge zaradi neposrednega stika z vodniki in gosti opravijo še bolje, kot jih je lahko koordinator.

Title:IMPROVEMENT OF PREPARATION AND REALIZATION OF TOUR FOR BIG GROUPS OF TOURISTS
Abstract:Basic problem is achieving quality executing of the project trip for big group of tourists as good as possible like it was meant to be when there was preparation of the project. Many staff has to do a lot of assignments in really short time period. The problem is big quantity of work and big possibility that will come to mistakes. With interviewing, experiences from practice, theoretical base and completing project in Microsoft Project we made clip of current situation, critical analyze of current situation and we have been determinate concrete solutions and improvements. One of the most important organizational arrangements of current situation of the project is introducing the leaders of the guides who are beside that also guides. We introduced the leaders of the guides that they would take over part of coordinators tasks. Coordinators are like this relived because leader of the guides can do some tasks due of direct contact with guests much better then coordinators.
