Abstract:	Ureditev sistema slovenske carinske službe bo potrebna ob vstopu Hrvaške v Evropsko unijo. Potrebne bodo prerazporeditve carinskih mejnih uslužbencev na druga delovna mesta in sprememba sistema organizacije carinske službe ob vstopu Hrvaške v Evropsko unijo. V okviru projekta reorganizacije carinske službe in spremembe informacijskega sistema smo predpostavili ukrepe za odpravo socialno ekonomskih posledic, ki bodo nastale zaradi vstopa Hrvaške v Evropsko unijo. Cilj carinske službe je, da z dnem, ko bo Hrvaška vstopila v Evropsko unijo, nihče od zaposlenih ne ostane brez zaposlitve, ter da se s poenostavitvijo obstoječih informacijskih sistemov in uvedbo novih informacijskih sistemov, ki bodo enotni na celotnem območju skupnosti odpravijo administrativne ovire, uvede še hitrejše carinjenje ter učinkovitejši nadzor nad blagom, ki bo vstopalo in izstopalo iz carinskega območja skupnosti.

Title:	System changes in the custom service at the entrance of Croatia into the European Union
Abstract:	Regulation system of the Slovenian Customs Service will be required at the entry of Croatia into the European Union. It will be necessary to transfer customs border officials at other jobs and change the system organization of the customs service at Croatia's entry into the European Union. In the framework of the reorganization of the customs service and information system changes, we hypothesized measures to address socio-economic consequences that will arise due to the entry of Croatia into the European Union. The aim of the customs service is to the day when Croatia will join the European Union, one of the employees not remain without a job, and that by simplifying the existing information systems and the introduction of new IT systems, which will be uniform throughout the community eliminate administrative barriers, introduce even faster customs clearance and effective control over the goods, which will be entering the port and stood out from the Customs territory of the Community.
