Abstract:
V diplomskem delu smo iz pravnega zornega kota obravnavali poslovno oziroma gospodarsko dejavnost. Osredotočili smo se na izpolnjevanje pogodbenih obveznosti in predstavili sankcije za kršitev pogodbenih obveznosti. Pogodbene stranke so dolžne izpolniti obveznosti iz pogodbe v vsem in tako kot se pogodba glasi. V kolikor do izpolnitev pogodbenih obveznosti ne pride, pravo predvideva sankcije za kršitev pogodbenih obveznosti. Pogodbenim strankam v večini primerov sankcije za kršitev pogodbenih obveznosti niso znane. Sistem sankcij za kršitev pogodbenih obveznosti je iz vidika povprečne pogodbene stranke vendarle prezahteven. Precej bolje seznanjeni s pogodbenimi sankcijami so gospodarski subjekti.

SANCTIONS FOR BREACHES OF CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS IN SLOVENIAN LAW
Abstract:
In this degree we dealed with business and economical activity with legal point of view. We concentrated us on fulfil of contract obligations. We preseneted sanctions to break contract obligations. The clients of contracts are obliged to fulfil obligations in everything in which the contract stands for. If the contract obligations are not fulfiled, the law provides the sanctions to violation of contract obligations. The clients of contract are in the most cases not familiar with the sanctions to violation of contract obligations.. The system of sanctions to violationing of contract obligations still is too difficult to understand according on the average client of contract. The economical subjects are much better informed about the contract sanctions.
