Časi globalizacije so v elektro gospodarstvu povzročili veliko sprememb. V prvem poglavju bomo predstavili podjetje in opisali problem, ki ga rešujemo v diplomski nalogi. V drugem poglavju podajamo teoretične osnove poslovnih sistemov, njihove organiziranosti in proces.

Abstract:Elektro Ljubljana d.d., which is presented in this thesis, is for more than a 115 years of operating in the field of electrification. Times of globalization has caused many changes in this sector. In the first chapter we will present the company profile and describe the issue addressed in this thesis. The second chapter provides the theoretical grounds of business system, their organisation and processes. Changes in organisation and different approaches to modernisation of business processes are also presented. The third chapter begins with the interpretation of the existing situation of working process. To ensure easier comprehension, we first describe the entire procedure of connecting a building to the electricity grid. In the following, we present the detailed working process, from the procedure of the connection and metering point inspection to the connection of the metering point to the distribution grid. The change of contractual parameters are also described in details. This chapter also contains a presentation of critical analysis. The fourth Chapter begins with a proposal on the modernisation of the existing working process. With the renovation, we wish to show changes from arising amendments of the European Union Directive and statutory requirements of Government to amend the sales activities of electricity and the reorganisation of the company. Followed the fifth Chapter and Conclusion, in which we give an analysis of proposed amendments to the assessment of the effects. The terms and conditions for the introduction of changes and opportunities for further development are also presented.
