Abstract:	V diplomskem delu je uvodoma predstavljen nastanek in razvoj vojaške policije skozi njeno zgodovino. V nadaljevanju je prikazana njena organiziranost, opis nalog, način kadrovanja, oborožitev in oprema ter usposabljanja v vojaški policiji. Glavni poudarek v nalogi je prikazati specialistična usposabljanja in izurjenost specializirane čete 17. bataljona vojaške policije, saj je le-ta sestavljena iz različnih specialističnih oddelkov, ki so namenjeni izvajanju varnostno najbolj zahtevnih in kompleksnih nalog z visoko oceno ogroženosti. Glavna naloga te čete je varovanje najpomembnejših domačih in tujih vojaških predstavnikov doma in v tujini, kar zahteva veliko znanja in izkušenj. Zahteve pri opravljanju profesionalnega dela njenih pripadnikov so visoke, zato je dve tretjini delovnih obremenitev posvečeno usposabljanju preostanek pa operativnemu delu. Določene, splošne vojaško-policijske naloge lahko opravljajo vsi vojaški policisti, ki so uspešno opravili osnovna usposabljanja in imajo opravljen tečaj iz policijskih pooblastil. Namen diplomskega dela je predstaviti tiste naloge, ki jih izvajajo le pripadniki posameznih specialističnih oddelkov. Njihov način dela in urjenja potekajo po posebnih programih, njihove specialnosti pa se za izvedbo glavne naloge specializirane čete, kot je varovanje oseb in objektov, združijo. Vsak vojaški policist specialist pozna teorijo in tehnike, kako izvesti protibombni pregled, voziti glavno vozilo v spremstvu delegacije, natančno streljati ali celo fizično varovati osebo, vendar pa je potrebno upoštevati dejstvo, da za izvedbo omenjenih nalog ne zadošča le poznavanje, ampak so potrebni nenehni trenažni procesi. Vožnja z motornim kolesom zahteva veliko izkušenj in treningov, zato lahko spremstva z motorji vrhunsko izvajajo le izurjeni pripadniki motoriziranega oddelka za varovanje. Varovani osebi lahko popolno varnost zagotavljajo le izurjeni in izkušeni telesni stražarji z oddelka za fizično varovanje in protibombni pregled vozil ali objektov nedvomno najbolje in najbolj učinkovito izvedejo le bombni tehniki. V diplomskem delu je prikazano, zakaj so za dobro opravljanje vseh nalog specialistov vojaške policije potrebne izkušnje vsakega posameznika naštetih oddelkov.

Abstract:

At the beginning of this diploma there is a presentation of the origin of military police and its evolution through the history. Further in the thesis it will be presented how the organization works, its assignments and tasks, methods of recruitment, its armament and the equipment and some different types of trainings and qualifications. The main goal of this diploma is to show the special qualifications and proficiency of the specialized company of 17. Military Police Battalion, which is composed by several specialized detachments, whose members are trained and drilled in order to be able to perform the most demanding and complex tasks, which have a very high threat assessment from a security point of view. The main task of this company is to escort, guard and protect the most important domestic and foreign military representatives at home or abroad, and for that job you need a lot of knowledge and experience. In order to perform those difficult and demanding assignments in military police there is two thirds of all working time purposed for training or drilling and the rest of working time is purposed for operative work. In diploma we are going to describe a different tasks of the military police and its preparation to accomplish them. General military police tasks can be done by any military police member, who has finished some basic qualifications and has a police powers. But there are also special tasks, that only members of special detachment are able to execute them. Each military police specialist has certain knowledge about the theories and techniques about how to do a bomb review, drive the main vehicle in escort missions, shoot accurately or even how to physical protect a person, but to complete all mentioned tasks knowledge is not enough, they need to train and drill by special programs all the time. Their specialty must be united for their main responsibility and goal, which is to protect important persons and facilities. The fact is that the motorcyclists of the motorized unit are the only one with enough experiences and good motorcycle trainings to perform a motorcycle escorts as the bodyguards from close protection team are the only ones who can physical provide a maximum safety for important persons, that needs protection and also bomb techniques are the only ones who can effectively search a vehicles and surrounding areas or different facilities for explosive charges. In this diploma we want to show you why the experiences and knowledge of every individual member of specialized company of military police are needed to get the job done safe and effective.
