Abstract:	Pošta Slovenije pri svojem poslovanju predstavlja širok spekter dejavnosti, vendar se bom v diplomskem delu osredotočil predvsem na poštne rope in zaščito pred njimi. Roparji se pogosto odločajo za rope v gospodarsko poslovne objekte, zlasti finančne istitucije, saj je tam možnost pridobiti večjo količino denarja in s tem nastanek tudi večje škode. Ker se roparji odločajo za napade na podlagi ocenitve ranljivosti objekta, je pomembno, da so objekti čimbolj zavarovani, kajti s tem jih odvrnemo od njihovih namer. Zaradi globalizacije se je število kaznivih dejanj močno povečalo, zato je smotrno kar največ naporov vlagati v preprečevanje ropov. V diplomskem delu sem se osredotočil na najpogostejše oblike kaznivih dejanj v Pošti Slovenije d.o.o.: rop poštne poslovalnice, rop poštnega vozila, rop pismonoše, vlom v poštno poslovalnico, tatvine, vlom in goljufije. Pošta Slovenije d.o.o. skrbi za varovanje ljudi in premoženja s pomočjo mehanskega, fizičnega in tehničnega varovanja in s sodelovanjem z za-to pristojnimi organi. V nadaljevanju diplomskega dela sem podrobneje opisal ukrepe za preprečevanje kriminalnih dejanj, do katerih pride v Pošti Slovenije d.o.o. in značilnosti storilcev. Sektor za korporativno varnost in nadzor skrbi za pripravo, nadzor in izvedbo varnostne politike, ki deluje v okviru Pošte Slovenije d.o.o.. Pri preprečevanju, odkrivanju in preiskovanju kaznivih dejanj gre za ukrepe fizičnega in tehničnega varovanja ter organizacijskega in kadrovskega varovanja. Sistem korporativne varnosti in upravljanje z varnostnimi tveganji tako Pošti Slovenije zagotavlja učinkovit in stroškovno ustrezen varnostni sistem, hkrati pa daje absolutno prioriteto varnosti zaposlenih in uporabnikov poštnih storitev.

Abstract:

The Post of Slovenia presents a broad range of activities in its operations, but the main focus of this thesis will lie on postal robberies and the protection against them. Robbers often decide to rob commercial business facilities, especially financial institutions, because there is the possibility to obtain a larger amount of money and as a result the damage inflicted is greater. As robbers often decide their attacks depending on the vulnerability of a certain facility, it is important that the protection of facilities is as high as possible, as it may deter the criminals from their intentions. Due to the globalization, the number of criminal acts increased significantly; therefore it is prudent to invest as much effort in preventing robberies as possible. In my thesis I focus on the most common types of crime affecting the Post of Slovenia d.o.o.: post office robbery, robbery of postal vehicles, postman robbery, and burglary of a post office, as well as theft and fraud. The Post of Slovenia d.o.o. protects their people and property by means of mechanical, physical and technical security in cooperation with the competent authorities. In the continuation of my thesis I explained in detail the measures to prevent crimes that occur in the Post of Slovenia d.o.o. and the characteristics of its offenders. The Division of Corporate Safety and Security is responsible for the preparation, monitoring and implementation of security policies, which operates under the Post of Slovenia d.o.o. Regarding the prevention, detection and investigation of criminal acts, measures of physical and technical security as well as organizational and personnel security are being used. The system of corporate security and management of security risks by the Post of Slovenia provides an efficient and a cost adequate safety system, while still giving absolute priority to the safety of employees and the users of postal services.
