Abstract:
V diplomskem delu je predstavljena gradnja montažne enodružinske hiše po sistemu Neopan. Predstavljeni so osnovni materiali za izgradnjo objekta. Opisan je potek proizvodnje in sama montaža objekta. Narejena je primerjava z ostalimi sistemi gradnje montažnih objektov na slovenskem trgu. Predstavljena so finančna tveganja, ki so izpostavljena gradbena podjetja. Na primeru sklenjene pogodbe smo prepoznali tveganja, katerim je podjetje z le-to izpostavljeno.

PRESENTATION OF THE PREFABRICATED CONSTRUCTION OF AN INDIVIDUAL HOUSE USING SYSTEM NEOPAN
Abstract:
This thesis presents the construction of a prefabricated single house using the Neopan system. Basic materials used in the construction of the building are presented. The thesis includes a description of the production process as well as of the assembly of the building. A comparison with other prefabricated building systems on the Slovenian market is made. Financial risks, construction companies are exposed to, are also presented. Based on a signed contract we recognized risks for the company that signed it.
