Abstract:
V diplomskem seminarju je poudarek na Evropski monetarni uniji in na procesu uvedbe bančnega sistema v senci. Prav tako so opisani strateški cilji za rešitev Evropske unije iz finančne krize. Uvedba bančnega sistema v senci gospodarstvu predstavlja nove, inovativne načine financiranja. Sam sistem je predstavljen z vsemi nalogami, cilji in tveganji. Podrobno so predstavljena tudi mnenja stroke glede celotnega procesa uveljavitve bančnega sistema v senci.

EMU AND SHADOW BANKING
Abstract:
In this diploma seminar, the focus is on European Monetary union and on the process of introduction of shadow banking system. As well as strategic goals and objectives for saving European union from financial crisis. Introduction of shadow banking represents new and inovating ways of financing and investing for the economy. The system is well presented with all the tasks, objectives and risks. There are detailed views of professionals on the whole process of implementation of shadow banking system.
