Title:Kakovost življenja bolnikov s kroničnim obolenjem

Abstract:Kronična bolezen je nenalezljiva in neozdravljiva bolezen, ki bolnika spremlja vse življenje. Kronične bolezni predstavljajo v današnjem času velik problem. Svetovna zdravstvena organizacija kronične bolezni opredeljuje kot: bolezni srca in ožilja, kronično obstruktivno pljučno bolezen, sladkorno bolezen tipa 2 in rak. Z zdravim življenjskim slogom se lahko bojujemo proti tem štirim boleznim tako, da zmanjšujemo oz. odpravimo dejavnike tveganja. Kronične bolezni vplivajo na posameznikovo kakovost življenja. Z raziskavo smo želeli ugotoviti spremembe v kakovosti življenja zaradi kroničnih bolezni Raziskava je temeljila na kvantitativni metodologiji, z uporabo anketnega vprašalnika. V raziskavi je sodelovalo 35 bolnikov, ki imajo izbranega osebnega zdravnika v Zdravstvenem domu dr. Adolfa Drolca Maribor. Rezultate smo obdelali in grafično prikazali s pomočjo računalniškima programoma Microsoft Word in Microsoft Excel. Ugotovili smo, da so bolniki zadovoljni s svojim načinom življenja in so mnenja, da se njihova kakovost življenja ni zmanjšala zaradi bolezni in jo ocenjujejo kot dobro. Prav tako so zadovoljni s posredovanjem ustreznih informacij o njihovi bolezni. Na kronične bolezni imamo lahko nekaj vpliva s tem, da skrbimo za zdrav življenjski slog. Potrebno pa bo veliko več preventive pri osnovnošolcih in mladostnikih, saj imajo v rokah čas in možnosti, da se tem boleznim izognejo

Title:Quality of life of patients with chronic disease
Abstract:Chronic disease is non-infectious and incurable disease which follows the patient threw whole his life. Chronic diseases are nowadays a big issue. The world health organization defines chronic diseases as cardiovascular diseases, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, type 2 diabetes and cancer. We can fight against these four diseases with a healthy lifestyle, so we reduce or minimize risk factors. Chronic diseases are affecting individual’s quality of life. With our research we wanted to find out what are the changes in individual`s life due to chronic diseases. The research is based on quantitative methodology using questionnaire. 35 patients participated in the research, which have selected doctor at the health centre “Zdravstveni dom dr. Adlofa Drolca Maribor”. We processed the results and have shown them graphically with the use of computer programs Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. We found out that patients are satisfied with their lifestyle and they think their quality of life hasn`t decreased because of the disease and is evaluated as good quality. Also the patients are satisfied with the passed and correct information about their disease which healthcare workers provide them. We have some influence on chronic diseases so that we take care of healthy lifestyle. But it will be needed much more preventive by the primary school students and youth, since they have time in their hands to avoid these diseases.
