Abstract:
Predmet diplomskega dela je strateška komunikacija, v okviru katere smo se posvetili strategiji komuniciranja v organizaciji. Raziskali smo teoretične osnove analize in strategije komuniciranja, v praktičnem delu pa opravili analizo in pripravili strategijo komuniciranja prostovoljne neprofitne študentske organizacije BEST Maribor.

Abstract:
The thesis deals with the subject of strategic communication, focusing on organisation's communication strategy. We have researched theoretical background of organizational analysis and communication strategy. In the practical part, the organizational analysis and communication strategy for the voluntary non-profit student organisation BEST Maribor has been created.
