Abstract:
Mnogo podjetij si pri svojem poslovanju pomaga s študentskim delom. V večjih podjetjih lahko študentje nudijo pomoč več oddelkom. Pogost problem v takih podjetjih je vodenje evidence dela po posameznih oddelkih, saj študentje ne vodijo ločene evidence za posamezen oddelek. Z izdelavo programske rešitve želimo poenostaviti evidentiranje ur dela in poskrbeti za natančno delitev ur po posameznih oddelkih. Do sedaj so študentje s pomočjo Excelove razpredelnice vodili evidenco ur skupaj s kratkim opisom del in ob koncu meseca grobo razdelili ure po posameznih oddelkih. S programsko rešitvijo smo v veliki meri odpravili nepravilnosti, ki so se pojavljale zaradi površnega vodenja ur študentskega dela. Končni rezultat informatizacije evidentiranja ur študentskega dela so bolj dosledni vnosi, natančnejša delitev stroškov po oddelkih in skupna podatkovna baza o urah in stroških študentskega dela.

SOFTWARE SOLUTION FOR STUDENT TIMESHEETS REGISTRATION IN COMPANY
Abstract:
Many companies use student work for help with their bussiness. In larger companies, students can provide assistance to multiple departments. A common problem in such cases is keeping records of work for the individual department, as students do not keep separate records for each department. By creating a software solutions we want to simplify the registration of hours of work and precisely divide them by individual departments. Until now, students were using an Excel spreadsheet to maintain records of hours, along with a brief description of the work. Hours were then roughly divided by individual departments at the end of the month. With our software solution we largely eliminated the anomalies which have occured due to imperfect timesheet registration. The end result of informatization of student timesheet registration are more consistent entries, more accurate allocation of costs by departments and a common database of work hours and costs of student work.
