Abstract:	V današnjem času, ko je za obstoj na trgu potrebnih veliko več vlaganj, ima v podjetju družbena odgovornost toliko večji pomen. V teoretičnem delu je lepo opredeljeno, da je družbena odgovornost eden ključnih dejavnikov uspešnosti in ugleda sodobne organizacije, kar pomeni, da se mora podjetje maksimalno potruditi, da ne krši zakonodaje poslovanja, ohranja sožitje narave ter se zaveda, da brez zaposlenih uspeh vendarle ni mogoč, saj se mora v podjetju oblikovati tim, ki je enoten, fleksibilen in raste skupaj z organizacijo. Prav tako je tudi logistika in njena uporabnost bistvena za uspešno delovanje podjetja. Vse se začne že pri pridobivanju surovin za izdelavo proizvodov in izdelkov ter nadaljuje pri samem izdelovanju in embaliranju le-teh, prevozu in skladiščenju končnih izdelkov, ter v končni fazi tudi končni predelavi, trajnem deponiranju in/ali uničenju neuporabnih delov. Tako sta skozi celotni diplomski seminar v celoti predstavljeni družbena odgovornost in logistika v podjetju Intereuropa, d. d., tako teoretično kakor tudi praktično.

Title:	SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND LOGISTICAL SOLUTIONS: CASE OF INTEREUROPA GROUP, D.D.
Abstract:	In the present time, when the existence of the market requires a lot more investment, the social responsibility in the company has all the greater importance. The theoretical part neatly defines that social responsibility is one of the key factors for success and reputation of a modern organization, which means that a company needs to make maximum effort not to violate the law of business, maintain the harmony of nature, and to be aware that employees are people, without which success is not possible, because a team needs to be formed within the company that is unified, flexible and which grows together with the organization. Similarly, the logistics and its usefulness is essential for the successful operation of the company. It all starts with extraction of raw materials for the production of goods and products, the very making and packaging of these, transport and storage of finished products, and ultimately the final processing, permanent deposit and/or destruction of unserviceable parts. Thus, the entire diploma seminar fully presents the social responsibility and logistics in the company Intereuropa, d. d., both in theoretical as well as in practical terms.
