Abstract:Diplomski seminar opisuje skupne smernice projektno usmerjenega študija in projektno usmerjenega dela, ob tem pa raziskuje možnosti sodelovanja med fakultetami in gospodarstvom.

Title:STUDENT'S PROJECT WORK AND EARLY ACQUISITION OF PRACTICAL EXPERIENCES
Abstract:The thesis describes the common guidelines for project-oriented study and project-oriented work, while exploring the possibilities of cooperation between universities and industry. Project oriented studies, as a new way of innovative and creative study named as future studies, give students the option of integration in project work, thereby getting early practical experiences, that are much needed for future graduates and their integration in the industry and economy sphere. In the thesis the necessary basic theory of project management and project work is taken for basic understanding of the scope and definition of the problem. Through theory and examples of good practices of cooperation between project-oriented studies and project work, the thesis continues with demonstration of practical work and the display of start-up plan for the project »Project days EPF 2010«. I wrote the starting elaborate of the project, which I have successfully carried out as a leader, of my own integration in the student’s project work and from early practical project experiences. The thesis is therefore the result of the theory of project management, project work and project-oriented study, as well as my own project experiences as a student.
