Abstract:	V tem diplomskem delu smo iskali rešitve za reorganizacijo sistema v skladišču surovin podjetja Žito d.d. PC Kruh pecivo. Najprej smo na kratko opisali teoretične osnove in nato posnetek stanja s kritično analizo. Ugotovili smo, da jim skladiščni informacijski sistem ne prikazuje sledljivega stanja enakega dejanskemu. Prav tako morajo vse potrebne podatke ročno vnašati v informacijski sistem, kar vodi do napak in podaljšuje procese, ki potekajo v skladišču. To predstavlja velik problem predvsem v času inventure. Da bi povečali zanesljivost sledljivega stanja in skrajšali čas poteka skladiščnih procesov, smo predlagali uvedbo novega informacijskega sistema s črtnimi kodami in terminali s čitalniki. Podatki bi se tako beležili avtomatsko s skeniranjem črtnih kod. V delu smo tudi prikazali potek uvede omenjenega sistema in predvideli investicijo njegove vpeljave. Na koncu smo prikazali, koliko bi podjetje z uvedbo novega sistema prihranilo pri inventurah in s tem potrdili naš predlog kot učinkovit.

Title:	System reorganisation in the raw materials warehouse in Žito d.d. PC Kruh pecivo
Abstract:	In this thesis we were searching for the solutions for system reorganisation in the raw materials warehouse of the company Žito d.d PC Kruh pecivo. In the beginning of the thesis we presented a short summary of theoretical facts and after that we created a snapshot of the current status using critical analysis. We found out that the companies warehouse information system is not capable of representing real time state of the warehouse conditions. All data must be manually entered into the system which leads to errors and lengthens the processes that are occurring in the warehouse. We figured that this represents a major problem in the company especially in the time of inventory review. In order to increase the reliability of traceable states and in order to shorten the time of all processes occurring in the warehouse we propose the implementation of a new information system based on barcodes and terminals with optical scanners. All data entry would become automatical based on barcode scanning. In the continuation of this thesis we presented a course of implementation for this new information system and calculated the costs of said implementation. At the end of the thesis we presented the possible savings to be made during inventory reviews and using said data we confirmed our preposition for the new information system as very efficient.
