Abstract:
V diplomski nalogi smo najprej predstavili planinsko orientacijo. Pregledali smo potek tekmovanja in sistem točkovanja ter izdelali načrt za njuno modernizacijo. Na kratko smo predstavili elektronske sisteme, ki se uporabljajo na večjih tekmovanjih orientacijske zveze. V praktičnem delu naloge smo se lotili izdelave informacijskega sistema z uporabo ogrodij podjetja Sencha. Uporabljene tehnologije smo najprej na kratko opisali in izpostavili izseke kode, ki so ključni za doseganje zahtevanih funkcionalnosti sistema.

Title:
IT SUPPORT FOR ORGANIZATION OF ALPINE ORIENTEERING COMPETITIONS
Abstract:
In this thesis we first presented alpine orienteering competitons. We studied course of competitions and its scoring system and later designed a plan for their modernization. We also briefly presented electronic systems used in major competitions of Orienteering Federation. In the practical part of work we implemented information system with use of modern application frameworks from Sencha. We first briefly described used technologies and highlighted snippets of code that are essential to achieve required functionalities of the system.
