| Abstract: | Uporabniki proračunskih sredstev morajo pred začetkom investiranja izdelati investicijsko dokumentacijo, s pomočjo katere investitor sprejme primerno investicijsko odločitev. V projektni nalogi je na primeru investiranja v izgradnjo Vrtca Dobrovnik narejena demografska analiza, analiza lokacije, tehnično tehnološka analiza, analiza gradbene ekonomike ter projekcija upravičenosti investicije, za možnost odločitve investitorja o upravičenosti trošenja javnofinančnih sredstev. |
