Abstract:	Povzetek Okolje je prostor v katerem deluje organizacija, zato je potrebno njene dejavnosti prilagoditi razmeram okolja. Pri tem je potrebno upoštevati razne vidike, ki poudarjajo predvsem varstvo okolja in postopke ravnanja z okoljem. Varstvo okolja mora izhajati iz procesov vsakodnevnega poslovanja. Sistem ravnanja z okoljem pa mora zajeti vsa področja organizacije, vključno s posamezniki. Učinkovita vzpostavitev sistema pa je odvisna od samega vodenja, ki je smiselno takrat, kadar ima pozitivne posledice tako za -okolje, kot tudi organizacijo samo. Zavedati se je treba, da vsako organizacijo vodijo ljudje in v okviru nje tudi delujejo. Vse dejavnosti, spremembe in vplivi so torej odvisne od ljudi samih. Za uspešnost delovanja je potrebno določiti točne cilje, dolžnosti in zahteve, v skladu s katerimi naj ljudje oz. organizacija deluje. Pri tem je potrebno zagotoviti ustrezno izobrazbo, usposabljanje, informiranje o načelih in temeljnih vrednotah, ki vodijo do etičnega vedenja. Etično vedenje vključuje spoštovanje temeljnih norm in vrednot, gradi medsebojne odnose med ljudmi, upošteva interese drugih in kaže skrb za okolje. Sedanji čas je poln napredka na tehnološkem in znanstvenem področju, kar prinaša veliko inovacij, dobička, stroškov, učinkovitosti, zato je nujno, da pri vsem tem ne pozabimo na družbeno odgovornost. Družbena odgovornost je povezana z reševanjem problematike na različnih področjih in pripravljenostjo vsakega posameznika ali bo te probleme opazil, jim prisluhnil in jih posledično znal rešiti. Organizacija in podjetja so odgovorna za svoja dejanja, saj ta vplivajo na ljudi in okolje, zato morajo delovati družbeno odgovorno. Za učinkovitost (notranjo lastnost) in uspešnost (zunanjo lastnost) vsake organizacije ali podjetja pa je pomembno delovati soodvisno in (dovolj) celovito. Soodvisnost je pomembna za dobro poslovanje, saj ne vodi v enostranskost, ki povzroča spregled pomembnih dejstev, propad temeljnih norm in vrednot in pot v krizo celotne družbe. Celovitost pa predstavlja nek sistem, v katerem gre za medsebojne vplive in soodvisnost, kar pomeni medsebojno prepletenost. Gre torej za upoštevanje drugih, poštenost, zanesljivost oz. odgovorno obnašanje.

Abstract:

Summary – Environmental management and social responsibility The environment is a space in which the entity operates, that is why is necesarry to adjust its activities to the conditions of the environment. It is necessary to take into account various aspects, emphasizing in particular the protection of the environment and environmental management procedures. Environmental protection must come from everyday business processes. Environmental management system should cover all areas of the organization, including individuals. Effective establishment of a system depends on good governance which makes sense when it has positive consequences for the environment and organization. It should be aware that any organization is run by people who work inside the organization. All activities, changes and impacts are dependent on the people. For success of operation is necessary to determine the precise objectives, obligations and requirements under which the people or. organization should operates. In this case It is necessary to provide appropriate education, training, information on the principles and core values that lead to ethical behavior. Ethical behavior includes respect for fundamental norms and values, builds relationships between people into account the interests of others, and showing concern for the environment. The current time is full of technological progress and scientific fields, which brings a lot of innovation, profit, cost, efficiency, and therefore it is important that we do not forget on the social responsibility. Social responsibility is associated with solving problems in different areas and the willingness of each individual if these problems can be noticed, listened and consequently resolved. Organizations and businesses are responsible for their actions, because they affect people and the environment, and therefore must act socially responsible. For efficiency (intrinsic property) and effectiveness (external property) of any organization or company, it is important to act interdependently and (enough) overall. Interdependence is important for good performance, since it does not lead to one-sidedness, which causes a waiver of the relevant facts, the collapse of the fundamental norms and values and the way the crisis of the whole society. Integrity represents system in which occuring the interaction occurs and interdependence which represents interconnectedness. This involves consideration of others, respect, reliability, or. responsible behavior.
