Pripadniki specialne enote so vrhunski športniki. Zadnji del sem posvetila prehranskim dodatkom in dopolnilom. Zaradi oblike dela specialcev in oteženega vnosa trde hrane, se mi zdijo omenjena hranila izredno pomembna, saj omogočajo povečan vnos energije in hitro nadomestitev izgubljenih hranil.

Abstract:In this thesis I present an extreme effort and working conditions, which are daily confronted members of the Special Forces. I focused on proper sports nutrition, which should be adapted to extreme stress. Members of Special Forces are excellent athlets, which is considered to be in great care for physical condition in the first place. Unit training, preparation and self-training reguires good mental preparation and preform tasks to te highest leve lot their power. So I present in detail the physical training associated with the resulting fatigue and subsequent recovery, which is the basis of outstanding achievements. Unit training is a form of training in which the members are preparing to extreme conditions such as heat, cold, humidity, high altitude and dangerous terrain. Through literature I presented sports nutrition, which I according to their endurance training seem sensible and crucial to overcome the effort. With appropriate intake of food and fluids before, during and after the exercise, members of the Special Forces can avoid energy loss, hunger and dehydration. Important is the relationship between the nutrients carbohydrates, fats and proteins, which are the main fuel of energy. The last chapter is about food supplements and amendment. Because of the shape of their work and difficulty intake of food, I find these supplements extremely important, as they allow a lot of energy and quickly replace lost nutrrients.
