Abstract:
V današnjem času se na spletu soočamo z vedno večjimi količinami podatkov. Ob tem se poraja vprašanje, kako uporabnikom zagotoviti čim boljši dostop do vsebin in izboljšati uporabniško izkušnjo. Namen diplomske naloge je raziskati obstoječe tehnike potiskanja podatkov spletnim odjemalcem in jih na podlagi testiranj in analiz kritično ovrednotiti s stališča razvijalca. Ugotoviti želimo, katere tehnologije so najprimernejše za uporabo in najbolj poenostavijo razvoj novih spletnih aplikacij.

Abstract:
In today's world we are faced with ever-increasing amounts of data online. Thus, the question arises how to provide users with the best possible access to content and improve the user experience. The purpose of the thesis is to explore the existing Push techniques and on the basis of tests and analyzes critically evaluate them from developer's point of view. We want to determine which technologies are best suited for use and further simplify the development of new web applications.
