Abstract:
V magistrski nalogi smo izdelali poslovni načrt spletnih aplikacij, ki so prilagodljive za različna podjetja in njihove potrebe. V teoretičnem delu smo predstavili vse elemente poslovnega načrta, nato pa jih uporabili za pisanje in dejansko izdelavo poslovnega načrta za podjetje Appse s.p. in spletne aplikacije, ki so jih razvili. Cilj izdelave poslovnega načrta je predvsem ta, da se lahko z njim podjetje prijavi na različne razpise sofinanciranja in financiranja iz nepovratnih evropskih sredstev. Med drugim smo želeli ugotoviti, kakšen doprinos za podjetje bo imela prodaja aplikacije, kako se bodo povečali čisti prihodki od prodaje in ali lahko z uspešno prodajo aplikacije podjetje zaposli novega strokovnjaka.

BUSINESS PLAN WITH DEVELOPMENT OF WEB APPLICATIONS
Abstract:
In this thesis we have prepared a business plan for web applications that are adaptable to different businesses and their needs. In the theoretical part we present all the elements of a business plan, and then use them to write and make a business plan for the company Appse and for the web applications they have developed. The goal of the business plan is its use in applying for financial aid in the form of grants and other funding from the European Union. Among other things, we wanted to determine what contribution the company will have from sales of applications, how it will increase net sales revenue and depending on the success of sales whether the company will be able to recruit a new professional.
