Abstract:Od 1970, ko je E. F. Codd iznašel relacijski model za management podatkovnih baz, so relacijske podatkovne baze krojile računalniški svet. V zaključnem delu smo naredili pregled in povzetek pridobljenih rezultatov.

Title:COMPARISON OF SQL AND NOSQL
Abstract:Since 1970, relational databases have shaped the compter world, when E.F.Codd invented the relational model for database management. At that time, they have invented the first forms of language similar to SQL. It became popular in the mid-eighties. For the last few years we have seen the extension of NoSQL databases beacause of the need to control large quantities of data. In the document, we wanted to present both languages and compare them. The document consists of history, development and use of both languages. This is followed by a comparison of languages and their usability. In the final part, an overview and summary of the results are presented.
Keywords:sql, nosql, comparison, database
