Abstract:
Uvedba skupne nabave na nivoju občinske uprave Obvladovanje nabavne logistike kot pomembnega dela celotnega sistema je v času trenutnih gospodarskih razmer izrednega pomena. Gospodarske družbe se tega že nekaj časa zavedajo, podobno miselnost pa je potrebno prenesti tudi v javne zavode. V magistrskem delu smo se osredotočili na delovanje nabavne logistike javnih zavodov v Občini Slovenska Bistrica, kjer zaradi decentralizacije nabave po zavodih prihaja do višjih stroškov. Uvedba predlaganega sistema skupne nabave bi zavodom in občini prinesla ekonomske in organizacijske učinke ob nezmanjšanem nivoju storitev za svoje odjemalce. Kljub temu pa je za dosego skupne nabave potrebna tudi pripravljenost s strani občine in odgovornih v posameznih zavodih.

Title:
Implementation of common purchasing practices at the level of municipality
Abstract:
Dealing with inbound logistics as an important part of the whole system at the time of the current economic situation is very important. Companies are beginning to realize that, but a similar mentality, it is necessary to bring to public institutions. In this thesis we focus on the functioning of inbound logistics of public institutions in the municipality of Slovenska Bistrica, where decentralized purchasing by institutions leads to higher costs. The introduction of the proposed system of common purchasing would institutions and the municipality bring economic and organizational effects on unabated level of service to its customers. However, to achieve total purchases require the willingness of the municipality and responsible in individual institutions.
