Abstract:V letu 2011 smo na Univerzitetnem centru za vinogradništvo in vinarstvo Meranovo Fakultete za kmetijstvo in biosistemske vede Univerze v Mariboru proučevali razvojne stadije in biometrične parametre pri nekaterih sortah (medvrstnih hibridih) 'Johanniter', 'Regent', 'Cabernet Carol', 'Prior' in standardni sorti vinske trte 'Modri pinot'. Pri spremljanju razvojnih stadijev smo ugotovili, da sta sorti 'Regent' in 'Prior' prej cveteli (p ≤ 0,05). Sorta 'Regent' je prva dosegla tehnološko zrelost, kontrolna sorta 'Modri pinot' pa zadnja (p ≤ 0,05). Optimalno zrelost grozdja sta najprej dosegli sorti 'Regent' in 'Johanniter', najkasneje pa sorta 'Prior'.

Title:The study of different development stages and biometric parameters of various inter-species grapevine hybrids
Abstract:In the year 2011, at the University Centre for Viticulture and Enology − Meranovo, Faculty of Agriculture and Life Sciences, University of Maribor, we studied the development stages and biometric parameters of interspecies hybrids 'Johanniter', 'Regent', 'Cabernet Carol', 'Prior', and the 'Pinot Noir' control variety. During the observation of developmental stages in grapevine, we ascertained that the 'Regent' and 'Prior' grape varieties were the first to flower (p ≤ 0.05). The 'Regent' grape variety was the first to reach this stage when the grapes were technologically ripe while the final to undergo this stage was the 'Pinot Noir' control variety (p ≤ 0.05). The 'Regent' and 'Johanniter' grape varieties were the first to reach the optimal grape ripeness, compared to 'Prior', which was the last. The results have shown that the 'Regent' variety had a smaller average grape weight per grapevine compared to the control variety and other interspecies grapevine hybrids (p ≤ 0.05). The 'Pinot Noir' control variety had the highest sugar content in grape juice (90 °Oe), while the lowest was present in the 'Prior' variety (78 °Oe) (p ≤ 0.05). In addition, the control variety had the highest value of titratable acidity (8.9 g/L), whereas the lowest was found in 'Regent' (6.1 g/L) (p ≤ 0.05). The highest average pH level in grape juice was measured in the 'Regent' grape variety (3.55), while the lowest was present in the 'Pinot Noir' control variety (3.27) (p ≤ 0.05).
