Abstract:
V diplomskem delu je obravnavana in pojasnjena dejanska vloga inšpekcije dela pri varstvu delavcev v času gospodarske krize. V času gospodarske krize se je potreba po varstvu delavcev znatno povečala. Negativne spremembe na trgu dela in naraščajoče kršitve so postale pravi izziv. Posledice gospodarske krize so žal vplivale tudi na delovanje inšpekcije kot celotnega sistema. Učinkovit inšpekcijski sistem lahko seveda zagotavlja boljše varstvo. To pa se tukaj odraža predvsem v ukrepih, ki jih ima inšpekcija na voljo. Ob analizi najpogosteje kršenih institutov so predstavljeni in pojasnjeni posamezni ukrepi in relevantna sprememba zakonodaje.

THE ROLE OF LABOUR INSPECTION IN PROTECTING WORKER'S RIGHTS DURING THE ECONOMIC CRISIS
Abstract:
In times of economic crisis, the need for protection of workers has increased significantly. Negative changes in the labour market and soaring violations have become a real challenge. The global economic crisis had impact even on a whole labour inspection system. An effective inspection system could, of course, provide better protection, which is mostly reflected in measures that are available for inspection. Whit analysis of the most frequently violated institutes the individual measures and changes of the relevant legislation, are presented and explained.
