Abstract:
V delu diplomskega seminarja se uvodoma srečamo s teoretičnimi spoznanji podjetništva kot ekonomske sile na področju podeželja. V okviru tega najprej spoznamo podjetništvo na podeželju in izzive s katerimi se podjetniki srečujejo. Povzamemo program Razvoja podeželja in podamo predloge za spodbujanje podeželskega podjetništva. Poglavje zaključimo s pridobljenimi spoznanji. V nadaljevanju predstavimo občino Križevci glede na obstoječe statistične podatke in trenutno stanje podjetništva. Spoznamo že uveljavljene ukrepe. V zadnjem delu opravimo SWOT analizo, kjer spoznamo priložnosti, nevarnosti, prednosti in slabosti podjetniškega delovanja v občini.

Title:
RURAL DEVELOPMENT THROUGH ENTREPRENEURSHIP - CASE OF KRIŽEVCI PRI LJUTOMERU MUNICIPALITY
Abstract:
In this diploma thesis we initially discuss theories of entrepreneurship as an economic force in rural areas. In this context, we first present entrepreneurship in rural areas and challenges that entrepreneurs faced. We summarize the rural development program and give suggestions for promoting rural entrepreneurship. The chapter is concluded with lessons learned. We also present the municipality Križevci pri Ljutomeru according to existing statistics and the current state of entrepreneurship and highlight already implemented measures. The last part is about SWOT analysis, where we discuss the opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses of entrepreneurial activity in the municipality.
