Title:VPLIV KAKOVOSTI NAVODIL ZA PREISKAVO NA POČUTJE PACIENTA

Abstract:Diplomsko delo obravnava vpliv kakovosti navodil za preiskavo na počutje pacienta. V UKC Ljubljana, na oddelku Klinika za nuklearno medicino, smo želeli ugotoviti, ali kakovostna navodila za preiskavo vplivajo na počutje pacienta pred preiskavo in med njo. Kakovostne informacije so dejavnik, ki vpliva na večjo kakovost in s tem poveča zadovoljstvo pacienta. Na podlagi predpostavk smo oblikovali vprašalnik, na katerega je odgovorilo 120 pacientov, ki so se udeležili preiskav CT-angiografija in perfuzijska scintigrafija srca. Glede na obliko in čas prejetega navodila za preiskavo smo izdelali anketo A in B. V skupini A so bili pacienti, ki so prejeli pisna navodila 7 dni pred preiskavo, v skupini B pa pacienti, ki so prejeli ustna navodila na dan preiskave. Rezultati so pokazali, da kakovostna navodila za preiskavo vplivajo na počutje pacientov pred preiskavo in med njo. Na podlagi rezultatov primerjave pisnih in ustnih navodil za preiskavo smo pripravili predloge za izboljšave, ki bodo pripomogle k večji kakovosti navodil za preiskavo.

Title:IMPACT OF INSTRUCTIONS QUALITY FOR MEDICAL EXAMINATION ON PATIENT'S WELL-BEING
Abstract:The Diploma Thesis discusses how the quality of guidelines for the examination impacts patient’s well-being. At the University Medical Centre Ljubljana, Department for Nuclear Medicine, we wanted to determine whether quality guidelines for the examination impact patients’ well-being before and during the examination. Quality information is a factor impacting higher quality and thereby increasing patient satisfaction. Based on the assumptions a questionnarie was designed and completed by 120 patients who participated in the CT-angiography and myocardial perfusion scintigraphy examinations. The two quastionnaries were distributed according to the type and time receiving the guidelines for the examination. The patients in the group A received written guidelines 7 days prior to the examination and the patients in the group B received oral guidelines on the day of the examination. The results have shown that quality guidelines for the examination impact patients’ well-being before and during the examination. Based on the results of compared oral and written guidelines for the examination, we made suggestions for improvements which will contribute to higher quality of the guidelines for the examination.
