Abstract:
Namen diplomskega dela je bil načrtovati malo bioplinarno, glede na energetski potencial pomurske regije. Namen je bil tudi pokazati sprejemljivost bioplinarn, analizirati trg in vpliv posameznih dejavnikov pri postavitvi le-te. Diplomsko delo opisuje načrtovanje bioplinarne kot izjemno možnost za upoštevanje energetskih ciljev ter nenazadnje kot izjemno investicijsko priložnost. Evropska unija je s pomočjo Direktive 2009/28/ES detajlno definirala cilje glede obnovljivih virov energije. Leta 2009 je Uredba o podporah o odkupu električne energije prebudila zanimanje investitorjev, saj zagotavlja odkup električne energije proizvedene iz OVE za obdobje 10-15 let.

Title:
PLANNING OF SMALL BIOGAS PLANT IN POMURJE REGION
Abstract:
The thesis was aimed at planning a small biogas plant in the Pomurje region considering the energy potential in the region of Pomurje. In addition, the purpose of the paper was to indicate the acceptability of a biogas plant as well as to analyze the market and how it is influenced by different factors. The thesis describes the planning of a small biogas plat as a large possibility for considering energy aims as well as substantial investment opportunity. In Directive 2009/28/EC the European Union defined in detail its aims regarding renewable energy sources. In 2009 the Regulation for supporting the purchase of electrical energy attracted the investors’ interest since it guarantees buying electrical energy produced from renewable energy sources for the period of 10-15 years.
