Title:	ORGANIZACIJA IZOBRAŽEVANJA V PODJETJU X D.D.

Abstract:	V diplomski nalogi sem se posvetil organizaciji izobraževanja v podjetju X d.d., kjer delam kot študent. Namen naloge je ugotoviti, ali podjetje nudi dovolj potrebnega znanja svojim zaposlenim ter njihovo zadovoljstvo z izobraževanjem v podjetju. Teoretični del diplomske naloge je sestavljen iz dveh delov. V prvem je na splošno predstavljeno izobraževanje, z njim povezani cilji ter metode in oblike izobraževanja. V drugem delu pa sem se posvetil tematiki izobraževanja v podjetju, ciljem in nalogam izobraževalne dejavnosti v podjetjih, vrstam izobraževanja zaposlenih ter motivaciji za izobraževanje zaposlenih. Teoretični del se zaključi s kratko predstavitvijo podjetja X d.d. Sledi raziskovalni del diplomske naloge, v katerem so predstavljeni cilji in namen raziskave. Za metodo raziskave sem uporabil anketiranje. Anketa je bila anonimna, sodelovalo je 94 zaposlenih. Ugotavljal sem, kako so zaposleni zadovoljni z izobraževanjem v podjetju, ali menijo, da je izobraževanja dovolj, kaj jih najbolj motivira, da se udeležujejo izobraževanj in podobno. Vrnjene ankete sem nato analiziral ter rezultate predstavil tabelarično in grafično. Po analizi podatkov sem ugotovil, da je podjetje X d.d., zainteresirano za izobraževanje svojih zaposlenih in da so ti zadovoljni z organizacijo izobraževanja v podjetju.

Title:	ORGANIZATION OF EDUCATION IN COMPANY X D.D.
Abstract:	In the thesis, we looked into the organization of education in the company X d.d. where I work as a student. The purpose of the thesis is to determine whether the company offers enough knowledge to its employees and establish if they are satisfied with education provided by the company. The theoretical part of the thesis consists of two parts. The first part generally presents education and related goals and outlines the methods and forms of education. As for the second part, it focuses on education in the company, the goals and tasks of educational activities in companies, the types of employee education, and motivation for education. The theoretical section concludes with a short presentation of the company X d.d. The empirical part of the thesis first presents the goals and purpose of the research. We adopted a survey method for the research. The anonymous survey involved 94 employees. Our aim was to determine: their satisfaction with education provided by the company; whether the company provides enough education; what motivates the employees to attend the seminars and so on. We analysed the completed surveys and presented the results using tables and graphs. Final analysis suggests that the company X d.d. is interested in providing education for its employees and that the employees are satisfied with the organization of education in the company.
