Abstract:
V diplomskem delu smo se ukvarjali s preračunom obstoječega zobniškega gonila. S tem preračunom smo izračunali osnovne geometrijske podatke o zobniškem gonilu. Te podatke smo nato uporabili pri preračunu nosilnosti zobnega korena polimernih zobnikov. Dobljene rezultate smo analizirali in ugotovili, da so trije polimerni zobniki ustrezna zamenjava za obstoječe zobnike v gonilu. Ugotovitev, koliko polimernih zobnikov bo ustrezna zamenjava z že obstoječimi zobniki v gonilu, pa je bil tudi glavni cilj in namen te diplomske naloge.

Title:
Calculation of gear drive of mixing valve
Abstract:
In the thesis we dealt with the calculation of the existing gear drive. With this calculation we calculated the basic geometric data of gear drive. We used this geometric data in the calculation capacity of polymer gear tooth root. The results were analyzed and it was found that three polymer gears are viable alternative for the existing gears in the gearbox. Finding how many polymer gears will be a viable alternative for the existing gears in the gearbox was the main aim and the purpose of this thesis.
